Watercolor Classes:  Developing Your Style

Tuesday Classes
Fee: $300
12n-4pm
8 week session:
Tuesdays, Jan. 17, 24 & 31; Feb. 7, 14, 21 & 28; March 6
At my NEW STUDIO, 429 Sherman St., Healdsburg.

The emphasis of these classes is to support each student in developing their own style and help them to achieve their personal art goals.
This is not a beginner class. Techniques, design and composition will be reviewed in lectures but the main emphasis of this class will be that each student will be guided and encouraged to paint in their own personal approach to watercolor. No material list will be needed. Students will choose their own paints, paper and brushes. Guidance provided for students who are undecided about art materials.
Phyllis Rapp earned a BFA from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, was one of the founders and manager of the Upstairs Art Gallery in Healdsburg for 11 years, a past president of WASCO and taught classes in her studio for many years. She was a six year participant in Artrails and is the winner of numerous awards from national and local juried shows. She is currently a resident artist at Healdsburg Center for the Arts.
